I can highly recommend Darshini’s yoga sessions. I began with her years ago at the Cypress Senior Center, and was able to continue weekly at home via the Internet during the years of Covid. She has developed a routine that perfectly meets my needs as an older adult (78), using a carefully planned sequence of gentle stretches that involves all parts of the body, including breathing. She is sensitive to safety and the needs of older adults, and people of any age or physical condition could benefit from her approach.
