I highly recommend Darshini’s Flow Yoga Class for any level of practice from beginners to more experienced learners regardless of age. I especially prefer this yoga class as I have been able to increase my overall flexibility and balance along with strengthening my core. As a teacher and instructor, Darshini is not only extremely knowledgeable but has helped me to be more respectful and aware of my body. She is very easy to follow and encourages everyone to go at one’s own pace using modifications as needed. I feel more confident about moving and stretching my body in a manner as to avoid injuries and accidents.
